Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Yes, you can. Given it is within 14 days of receiving your purchase and it has not been installed 
or damaged. 

If you wish to return a product, please provide it with a note containing the information below.

Your place of residence and postalcode:
Your customer number:
Your Invoice No:

Description of the product you are returning + article number:

Reason for returning (Not mandatory):

The desired solution:

Packages must be returned postage prepaid.
COD shipments will we refuse!

If you wish to return a product that, in hindsight, you do not like, or if it doesn't fit because you ordered the wrong product, you will have to pay for the return costs.

If we sent you the wrong product, a faulty/damaged product, or if it has something to do with warranty, please contact our customerservice. They will hand you the Freepost code so you will not be charged with shipping costs.
